Within 1 week baby was settling happily for two regular naps per day in her cot with no/minimum fuss, going to bed earlier, and waking only 1-2 times in the night (sometimes not until 4/5am, through from 7pm). Lucia's advice has been a total game changer; having a more structured day is working well for us, and both baby and I are getting much more sleep now! I came across Lucia’s advert weeks ago and from then she’s been supporting me giving me extremely helpful information regarding baby’s sleep. We went through lots of routine details and from there she analysed and wrote an ad hoc routine for us, plus gave me lots of tips on how to settle baby. Honestly, I was struggling a bit and going only by intuition. Slowly, I introduced all her suggestions to my baby’s routine and after a month of constancy, adapting plan to my baby needs, in the evening baby settles down by himself and sleeps through the night nicely! Lucia has been great. I had a very early riser (4am). I just thought this was the time my baby (19 months old) started her day. Lucia wrote a detailed report and a 7 day plan for us which we followed. We noticed a change by night two and my daughters sleep got progressively better over the week. She now wakes at 7am, has an earlier bed time and takes her naps in her cot. Result! Lucia was very helpful and understanding but I mostly appreciated her quick communication when I was asking her questions about the sleep training at that particular moment. Lucia responded within minutes which made it feel like we were not doing it alone. Thank you so much. x

When my daughter was just three weeks old we worked with Lucia to start implementing healthy sleep habits. Even at this early age we were struggling to get my little girl to sleep in a crib (she would only sleep whilst being held) but with a personalised sleep plan and Lucia’s on-hand support we were able to make changes that helped her to settle and sleep independently. Lucia created a plan that was easy for us to follow, responded promptly to any questions we had and made adjustments to the approach in line with our feedback.
